๐ตโโ๏ธ Les policiers scientifiques avaient pour habitude de procรฉder ร des recherches de traces latentes de sperme ร lโaide de sources lumineuses polychromatiques (๐ค๐ณ๐ช๐ฎ๐ฆ-๐ญ๐ช๐ต๐ฆ, ๐ค๐ณ๐ช๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ด๐ค๐ฐ๐ฑ๐ฆ). Bien que cette technique de dรฉtection optique soit relativement simple et rapide, elle prรฉsente nรฉanmoins de nombreux inconvรฉnients dont de nombreux faux-positifs et un taux de faux-nรฉgatif รฉlevรฉ (๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ท๐ช๐ณ๐ฐ๐ฏ 30%). Afin de palier ces inconvรฉnients, la police scientifique se dote dโun nouveau produit de rรฉvรฉlation de traces latentes de sperme nommรฉ SpermTrackerยฎ dรฉveloppรฉ par la sociรฉtรฉ AXO Science sous lโimpulsion du Laboratoire de Police Scientifique de Lyon (Service National de Police Scientifique).
๐ฆ La solution SpermTrackerยฎ est prรฉparรฉe sur les lieux en quelques secondes en mettant en suspension une poudre dans de lโeau. Le STK Sprayยฎ est alors pulvรฉrisรฉ directement sur la scรจne, quel que soit le matรฉriau suspect ร lโexception du textile (๐ด๐ฐ๐ญ, ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ถ๐ฃ๐ญ๐ฆ, ๐ฑ๐ฐ๐ช๐จ๐ฏรฉ๐ฆ ๐ฅ๐ฆ ๐ฑ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ต๐ฆ, รฉ๐ท๐ช๐ฆ๐ณ, ๐ง๐ฆ๐ถ๐ช๐ญ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ด ๐ฅ'๐ข๐ณ๐ฃ๐ณ๐ฆ, ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ฃ๐ฆ, ๐จ๐ณ๐ข๐ท๐ช๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด...).
